The cancellation or refund policy is approved on a case-to-case basis at the discretion of the management.
If a student wishes to cancel any Offline/Online course after registration and fee payment, an administration fee of ₹4,499 + 18% GST will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 working days before the course start date. This applies to students who have paid the full course fee.
No refunds will be issued if a student discontinues the course after it has started.

If EasyUX cancels a course or event, a 100% refund will be processed within 7 working days from the announcement of cancellation.
EasyUX reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event or change the location due to insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). Students will be notified through written communication.
